Alissa Bond has worked in the Real Estate Industry since 2003 and is passionate about helping clients buy and sell by providing professional, responsive and attentive real estate services. Working with a large percentage of first-time home buyers, she understands that communication, not only of the home buying process but also of the intricacies of the particular transaction, is key. Even experienced buyers and sellers need guidance, but it’s important to understand what they already know, what they think they know, and what they need to know so she can provide the appropriate level of support and structure communication accordingly. Listening skills, patience and market knowledge all come into play across the board with every client as well as other parties to the transaction. Alissa’s ultimate goal is to forge a relationship that transcends a single real estate transaction.

Alissa is a Certified Relocation Professional as well as a Military Relocation Specialist and a Luxury Collection Specialist. In addition to her work in Real Estate, Alissa also has a background in Government Sales having worked for a leading telecommunications company exclusively selling to major Federal Government accounts as well  as accounts with the White House, Senate, Supreme Court and FBI and is very familiar with the culture of the greater Washington area. She has 2 grown daughters and enjoys spending her time attending cultural events and being out on the water.
