Alissa was very good to work with. She understood our desires and constraints. She helped locate a great property, submit a fair bid and complete a successful negotiation. In 4 weeks we went from new-to-the-area to accepted bid in a highly competitive market.

Alissa was great to work with. She really knows the market and what to do to drive traffic to a property. She took over for another agent who we were less than satisfied with. From the start, she had a plan to sell our house. We had more than triple the showings than we has with the previous agent. Even though it was a tough market, she managed to keep us informed the whole time and got our house sold for the best possible price. If you are looking to buy or sell in the Maryland area, I would highly recommend Alissa.
